Dr Sponaugle treats patients from all over the world. Since our addiction and wellness programs are outpatient, patients spend less than 2 hours a day in our clinic. Patients and their families can spend the day enjoying some of the most beautiful beaches in America, they feel like they are at a beach resort rehab. The white “sugar sand” at Clearwater Beach is 12 miles from Sponaugle Wellness Institute.

Caladesi Island was recently rated the most pristine beach in America by Dr Beach. Caladesi Island can be accessed by ferry from Honey Moon Island State Park which is only six miles from Sponaugle Wellness Institute.
